This Lambrusco metodo classico spumante is produced from grapes grown on alluvial soils of sand and clay. Harvest takes place in September and is done by hand, followed by a selection of the best grapes. Vinification begins with gentle pressing and a first fermentation at controlled temperature. After bottling, a second fermentation in the bottle takes place over eighteen months. The wine has a pale straw-yellow color and a mineral aromatic profile with notes of bread crust, chestnut, and croissant. On the palate, the wine shows pleasant structure and body, with a harmonious character and an elegant, dry finish.
