This organic Pecorino from the Abruzzo DOC is made from grapes sourced from a ten-year-old vineyard at the highest point of the estate. During vinification in stainless steel tanks, the must and skins remain in contact, allowing the aromatic properties to be optimally extracted. The wine has a pale straw-yellow color and a refined aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, and flowers. The taste is delicate and expressive, with a fresh and aromatic style.
