A dry and elegant wine, typical of the hills of Dambach. On the nose, aromas of lemon and white flowers can be detected, which develop further after a few years of ageing and add minerality. The palate is supported by an elegant, lemon-like acidity that pairs particularly well with Alsatian dishes such as sauerkraut or baeckeoffe. Also a good companion to seafood, sushi, or white meat.
