Boneless beef ribs
Unagi sauce or teriyaki-mirin sauce
rub or marinade of choice
Japanese mayonnaise
Furikake

Preparation

  1. Rub the boneless beef ribs with a rub of your choice.
  2. Cook the ribs for about 1.5 hours low and slow on the barbecue at 120°C.
  3. Once the boneless ribs are nice and tender, they can be glazed with a sauce. For example, unagi sauce or teriyaki-mirin sauce.
  4. Serve the ribs with, for example, Japanese mayonnaise and furikake (rice topping with wasabi flavor).
  • Barbecue setting: barbecue temperature at 120°C for about 1.5 hours.
