Ingredients
Bleu de Wolvega
Pointed cabbage
chopped macadamia nut
Picudo olive oil
chopped parsley
Preparation
- Cut the pointed cabbage into slices of about 1.5 cm. Tie a piece of butcher's twine around and grill on the Big Green Egg with convEGGtor for about 5 minutes.
- Turn the cabbage over, place the pieces of Bleu de Wolvega on top, and bake for about 5 minutes on the Big Green Egg with convEGGtor.
- Just before serving, drizzle with a little picudo olive oil, chopped parsley, and some chopped macadamia nuts.
