1Tin of caviar
1crispy beetroot foam
Beluga lentils
Crème fraîche
Preparation
- Pipe a little crème fraîche onto the beet foam.
- Place the caviar on top.
- Put the beluga lentils in a deep plate.
- Serve with extra beet foam, crème fraîche, and the tin of caviar.
