Preparation
- Cook the salmon fillet in simmering water with a bouillon cube for about 10 minutes.
- If necessary, remove the skin and bones and blend with the yellow peach purée.
- Season to taste.
- Finely chop the chives and add to the rillettes.
- Spread the rillettes on the slice of multigrain bread and garnish with a rocket leaf.
