Choux pastry with chicken curry and mango purée

Let your taste buds be indulged with this surprising combination of savoury chicken curry and sweet mango purée. Perfectly wrapped in a light choux pastry.This recipe is for approximately 1 cream puff.

Ingredients

50gFruit purée 100% Mango
180gFresh cheese
chicken breast
10gButter
1units.itemsChoux pastry
Curry
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the fresh cheese and the mango purée.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breast with curry powder.
  4. Sear the chicken breast in a pan with a little butter over high heat, then cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Salt again.
  6. Slice the chicken breast thinly.
  7. Fill the choux pastry with mango purée and the chicken strips.
  8. Sprinkle with a little curry powder.
