chicken thigh burger
haricots verts
Butterhead lettuce
Tomato
Mango chutney
roasted sesame dressing
Preparation
- Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Grill the chicken thigh burger on the barbecue or in a pan.
- Blanch the haricots verts and cool quickly.
- Pick the washed butter lettuce and slice the tomato into slices.
- Spread a layer of mango chutney on the bun.
- Top the bun with some butter lettuce, a slice of tomato, and then the chicken thigh burger.
- Toss the haricots verts with the roasted sesame dressing and place on the chicken thigh burger.
- Serve with vadouvan mayonnaise*.
