Preparation
- Fry rice paper crispy in oil and then drain well on paper.
- Mix some red fruit-hibiscus powder with powdered sugar and sprinkle it over the crackers using a tea strainer.
- Break the crackers into pieces.
- Serve the cracker as a dessert amuse or as part of a dessert with a small quenelle of ice cream, fresh raspberries, and vanilla cream.
