Flammkuchen with smoked salmon and green asparagus

Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen.Always use a full-fat crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in flavor, but also practical. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250°C.

Ingredients

Leek
Flammkuchen
Smoked salmon
Crème fraîche
Flower mix
green herb coulis
Salad Pea
green mini asparagus

Preparation

  1. Blanch the green asparagus.
  2. Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
  3. Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle over the flammkuchen.
  4. Slice the green asparagus in half and place on the flammkuchen.
  5. Bake the flammkuchen for ±3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
  6. Top the flammkuchen with smoked salmon, green herb coulis, salad pea, and flower mix.
