Flammkuchen with peach, crème fraîche, ricotta, basil, and Aleppo pepper.

Ingredients

Crème fraîche
Peach
Ricotta
Basil
Medium flammkuchen base
Aleppo pepper

Preparation

  1. Spread the crème fraîche and ricotta over the flammkuchen.
  2. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
  3. Top the flammkuchen with peach, basil, and Aleppo pepper.
