Preparation
- Spread the crème fraîche and buffalo mozzarella over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
- Top the flammkuchen with basil, oregano, and Aleppo pepper.
- Grate lime and lemon over the flammkuchen.
