Preparation
- Spread the San Marzano tomatoes and grated mozzarella over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
- Top the flammkuchen with avocado, artichoke, nuts, and Aleppo pepper.
- Drizzle with a little balsamic and arugula.
