Preparation
- Spread the San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen tapas in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen tapas for about 4 minutes.
- Top the flammkuchen tapas with bresaola and arugula.
- Drizzle with a little balsamic and arugula.
