Tapas flammkuchen with bresaola, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte and arugula.

Ingredients

Tapas flammkuchen
San Marzano tomato
Bresaola
Fior di latte
Arugula

Preparation

  1. Spread the San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte over the flammkuchen.
  2. Bake the flammkuchen tapas in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen tapas for about 4 minutes.
  3. Top the flammkuchen tapas with bresaola and arugula.
  4. Drizzle with a little balsamic and arugula.
