Flat iron steak from the barbecue

A juicy and full-flavoured flat iron steak, perfectly grilled on the barbecue for a tender texture and an intense meat flavour.

Ingredients

Salt
Split beef blade
Herb butter

Preparation

  1. Place on a hot barbecue at 250°C.
  2. Grill briefly on both sides until a core temperature of approx. 52°C is reached.
  3. Salt the steak after grilling, let it rest in aluminum foil, and pour over melted herb butter for extra flavor.
