Barbecued spinach with burrata
A surprising combination of briefly grilled spinach and creamy burrata from the barbecue.Ingredients

Preparation
- Place the washed spinach in a large bowl.
- Add garlic oil and salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat the barbecue to about 180°C.
- Place the spinach in a perforated barbecue pan and grill briefly over the fire.
- Stir-fry the spinach, tossing, until it just starts to wilt but still has some bite.
- Spoon the warm spinach into a dish or onto a plate.
- Place the burrata on top and season with freshly ground pepper.
- Drizzle with basil oil and chili oil.
- Finally, sprinkle with a little pimentón.
