Gambas al Ajillo

Preparation
- Defrost the prawns.
- Mix them with garlic, red chili, cayenne pepper, and oil.
- Marinate for at least one night.
- Heat the barbecue to about 250°C.
- Slice the bread and briefly fry.
- Heat a cast iron pan in a closed barbecue.
- Add the prawns and cook for about 3 minutes in the kamado.
