Gambas al Ajillo

Juicy prawns in warm garlic oil with chili and spices, briefly fried for maximum intensity.Served with crispy bread to soak up every drop. Recipe for 2 people.

Ingredients

Parsley
1Cayenne pepper
2units.itemsChopped garlic
100mlOil
Pepper and salt
1Aleppo pepper
400gPrawns
0.25units.itemsRed chili (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Defrost the prawns.
  2. Mix them with garlic, red chili, cayenne pepper, and oil.
  3. Marinate for at least one night.
  4. Heat the barbecue to about 250°C.
  5. Slice the bread and briefly fry.
  6. Heat a cast iron pan in a closed barbecue.
  7. Add the prawns and cook for about 3 minutes in the kamado.
