30Basil leaves
350gCherries
2Hellmann’s Citrus Vinaigrette
600gVarious tomatoes
300gFeta cheese
350gCucumber
10gKnorr Primerba Bouquet de Provence
75gBlack olive crumble
Preparation
- Clean the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
- Cut the tomatoes and cucumber and halve the cherries.
- Mix the Provençal herbs into the vinaigrette.
- Divide the watermelon, tomato, cucumber and cherries over the plates.
- Finish with the feta and vinaigrette.
- Garnish with basil leaves and black olive crumble.
