Papadum with tuna, avocado, radish, wasabi and sesame soy

Crispy papadum with tuna, avocado, radish and cucumber, finished with wasabi mayonnaise and sesame-soy vinaigrette.Ingredients for 10 people.

90gHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise

500gTuna
4Mini cucumbers
5Radishes
2Avocados
0.5Hellmann’s Sesame Soy Vinaigrette

10Papadums
10gFurikake
Half a tray of Borage cress
2gSesame seeds with yuzu

Preparation

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and put it in a squeeze bottle.

  1. Slice the tuna and lightly coat with the vinaigrette.
  2. Clean the avocado and slice it along with the cucumber and radish.

  1. Top the papadums with the tuna, avocado, cucumber and radish.
  2. Add the wasabi mayonnaise and distribute the rest of the vinaigrette.
  3. Garnish with cress, toasted sesame seeds and some furikake.
