Half a tray of Borage cress
2gSesame seeds with yuzu
Preparation
- Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and put it in a squeeze bottle.
- Slice the tuna and lightly coat with the vinaigrette.
- Clean the avocado and slice it along with the cucumber and radish.
- Top the papadums with the tuna, avocado, cucumber and radish.
- Add the wasabi mayonnaise and distribute the rest of the vinaigrette.
- Garnish with cress, toasted sesame seeds and some furikake.
