Date-almond bread
Preparation
- Blend the date-almond bread, rice crispies, macadamia nuts, smoked almonds, and cheese crackers in a food processor. Shape into a roll and cut into slices.
- Make a cream from 3 packs of Mon Chou and 1 piece of Merx landloperke by mixing the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pipe the Merx cream onto the ‘bread’ slices.
- Top with a dollop of onion-orange confit and garnish with shaved spiced Merx.
