Crispy cabbage leaves: delicious as a snack with a dipping sauce or as a crunchy garnish on dishes.Ingredients
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Salt
1Savoy cabbage

Preparation
- Clean the cabbage.
- Remove all the leaves from the cabbage, rinse them thoroughly, and pat very dry.
- Cut the core out of the leaves.
- Cut the cabbage to the desired size and mix in a bowl with some sesame oil, olive oil, and sesame seeds.
- Toss the leaves well and place them on a baking mat.
- Sprinkle with some salt and bake them crispy at 150°C for about 25 minutes. Turn them halfway through so they become crispy on both sides.
