Crispy cabbage leaves

Crispy cabbage leaves: delicious as a snack with a dipping sauce or as a crunchy garnish on dishes.

Ingredients

Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Salt
1Savoy cabbage
Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Clean the cabbage.
  2. Remove all the leaves from the cabbage, rinse them thoroughly, and pat very dry.
  3. Cut the core out of the leaves.
  4. Cut the cabbage to the desired size and mix in a bowl with some sesame oil, olive oil, and sesame seeds.
  5. Toss the leaves well and place them on a baking mat.
  6. Sprinkle with some salt and bake them crispy at 150°C for about 25 minutes. Turn them halfway through so they become crispy on both sides.
