Freshly ground coffee
2gKappa
200gpassion fruit purée
Chocolate-coffee crumble

Preparation

  1. Cut the manchego to the desired size.
  2. Heat the passion fruit puree with kappa and mix well with an immersion blender.
  3. Dip the cheese in it and immediately top with the crumble.
