450gbeef mince or half-and-half mince
2Worcester sauce
1Egg
livar smoked bacon
Magic Seasoning
honey barbecue sauce
Preparation
- Mix the minced meat with the Magic Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg until smooth.
- Form into balls and wrap them in slices of smoked bacon.
- Sprinkle some more Magic Seasoning over the balls.
- Cook the balls in the oven at 180°C.
- Brush the balls with honey barbecue sauce, skewer them, and grill on the barbecue.
