Parma truffle pancake with truffle, egg, Parmesan cheese, and Parma ham.

Ingredients

Crème fraîche
Arugula
Egg
Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
fresh truffle
Parma ham

Preparation

  1. Cook the pancakes as described in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page).
  2. Toss the arugula with a little dressing.
  3. Top the pancakes with arugula, Parma ham, grated Parmesan cheese, and crème fraîche.
  4. Finish with a fried egg and grated truffle.
