Ketchup

Preparation

  1. Rub the pork neck with mustard.
  2. Cook the pork neck in an oven (or on a closed barbecue) at 120°C for 7 hours.
  3. Rub the neck in the last hour with a marinade of 2 parts ketchup, 1 part ketjap, and 1 tablespoon sambal.
