Ribs glazed with marinade made from Liefmans.Ingredients
1Chili pepper
2.5Brown sugar
1Liège syrup
500gpork ribs
65mlLiefmans Fruitesse
1chopped ginger
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all the ingredients for the glaze.
- Place the ribs on the baking tray and brush with the marinade. Put in the preheated oven for 30 min. Occasionally baste the meat with some extra marinade during baking.
