A crispy fried shortcrust pastry. Various versions that you can use in different ways.We chose a combination of three cheeses, including halloumi and fior di latte with fresh mint and nigella seeds.Ingredients

Preparation
- Mix the flour with the salt and add the oil.
- Ensure a nice texture (moist fine sand).
- Slowly add all the water and knead the dough at high speed for 6 minutes.
- The dough should come away from the bowl
- Grate the halloumi and combine with the other ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and make it creamy with sunflower oil.
- Flour the dough and cut it out.
- Shape the Sambousek as desired and fry at 180ÀöC for about 3 minutes.
