Stick amatriciana

Pasta with tomato sauce, guanciale and pecorino.

Ingredients

Pecorino
Diced tomatoes
Stick amatriciana
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat the sticks in the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
  2. Heat the diced tomatoes in their juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the sauce onto a plate.
  4. Place the warm pasta sticks on top and generously grate some pecorino cheese over them.
