
Vegetable sticks
Vegastick based on eggplant, spinach, onion, potato and a breadcrumb coating.We serve these vegasticks with a warm potato-spinach sauce. Deep-fry the sticks in oil at 180˚C until crispy.
Ingredients
Stick Frittata di Verdure
200gCream
75gFresh spinach
550gPotato gratin
pepper and salt
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender.
- Heat and serve with the warm sticks.
