
Stick bolognese
Egg pasta with tomato ragù sauce, also known as lasagna on a stick. We serve this bite with a tomato béchamel sauce.Ingredients
Béchamel sauce
Stick bolognese
Diced tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Drain the diced tomatoes in a sieve (save the juice for another preparation).
- Mix some of the diced tomatoes into the béchamel sauce.
- Place the Italian sticks in an ovenproof dish. Spoon the tomato-béchamel sauce over them.
- Grate some Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Heat the sticks in the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
- Finally, grate some more Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
