Ingredients

Stick Melanzane alla parmigiana
150gRoasted eggplant puree
400gPasta sauce alla Napoletana

Preparation

  1. Fry the sticks until crispy in oil at 180°C.
  2. Use a hand blender to mix the tomato sauce with the eggplant.
  3. Heat the sauce and serve with the warm sticks.
