Arancini sticks with ragù

Risotto with tomato sauce, minced meat, peas and mozzarella coated in a breadcrumb layer.

Ingredients

Tomato sauce
Paneer
Stick arancini al ragu
Mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Creamy rice with tomato meat sauce and mozzarella in a crispy breading.
  2. Fry the sticks until crispy in oil at 180°C.
  3. Place them on a baking tray and top with slices of mozzarella.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C so the mozzarella melts nicely over the baked sticks.
