
Valentine's eggs
These (spreadable) eggs can be eaten with the shell and all – fun.Ingredients

Fresh herbs to taste

Cocoa butter Mycryo
Seasoning spices
Red powder coloring
brioche bread
Beetroot juice
Olive oil
Preparation
- Blend the filet americain and ossenworst until smooth in the food processor.
- Mix in some chopped fresh herbs.
- Pipe this mixture into the silicone molds and freeze.
- Mix the cocoa powder with seasoning spices to taste and, if desired, some red coloring.
- Heat and mix everything well together.
- Skewer the eggs on a satay stick and dip twice in the warm cocoa butter mixture.
- Let thaw.
- Slice the bread and cut out hearts using a heart-shaped cutter.
- Drizzle with beet juice and olive oil and toast in the oven at 80°C.
- Serve the eggs with the bread, so the guest can spread their own "egg with shell" on the toast.
