Win Win Brownies

These brownies show how versatile Win-Win Dark is: a pure and intense chocolate alternative without cocoa.Thanks to the callet shape, it melts evenly and forms a strong base for fudgy brownies. Recipe for 12 pieces.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan) and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt the butter and sugar together in a large pan over low heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the Win-Win Dark. Stir until completely melted.
  3. Beat in the eggs and then mix in the flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Pour the batter into the lined tin and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top feels firm but the center still jiggles slightly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin.
