Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan) and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and sugar together in a large pan over low heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the Win-Win Dark. Stir until completely melted.
- Beat in the eggs and then mix in the flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour the batter into the lined tin and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top feels firm but the center still jiggles slightly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin.
