Thanks to the induction technology, the plate heats up very quickly and the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface, ensuring a constant temperature and controlled preparation. Operation is simple, with a digital display and a rotary knob to set the temperature.
For extra ease of use, the induction griddle is equipped with a splash guard that protects the surroundings from fat residues and splashes. In addition, there is an integrated grease collection tray in which excess fat is neatly collected, making cleaning considerably easier.
