This olive oil is produced from olives from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, from its own estates such as Clos Astelia, Domaine Nicole, Domaine les Verrières, Mas des Tannes, Château des Crès Ricards and Château Martinolles. The olives are grown according to organic and sustainable farming methods, which contributes to a consistent quality of the harvest. The oil is obtained exclusively from the producer’s own olive groves and contains no additives or blending with other oils. Production takes place using mechanical processes only, without chemical treatment or refining. This results in a pure olive oil with an authentic character, in which the properties of the olivière olive variety are clearly expressed.
