This olive oil is produced from Picholine olives from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, sourced from its own estates such as Clos Astelia, Domaine Nicole, Domaine les Verrières, Mas des Tannes, Château des Crès Ricards and Château Martinolles. The olive trees are cultivated according to organic and sustainable farming methods, ensuring consistent harvest quality. The oil comes entirely from these own olive groves and contains no additives or blending with other oils. Production takes place exclusively through mechanical processes, without chemical treatment or refining. This results in a pure olive oil in which the character of the Picholine olive is clearly present.
