Rebello is an air-dried Italian ham made exclusively from the heart of the ham, also known as culatta. Its characteristic teardrop shape is created by the special finishing during the production process. The ham comes from strictly selected Italian pigs and matures for at least 14 months. This results in a refined, slightly sweet taste and a rich aroma.
