Toccata Rosé is an elegant and balanced rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence. The vineyards are located on the schist-rich slopes of the Provençal “Golden Triangle”: Puget-Ville, Cuers and Pierrefeu-du-Var. The grapes are harvested entirely at night to optimally preserve freshness and quality. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed immediately and only the first juice is selected to obtain the best cuvées. This rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Mourvèdre and Tibouren. The wine has a light apricot-pink colour with subtle pearly reflections. The nose shows delicate aromas of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, the wine is juicy, balanced and lightly lemony, with a long and fresh finish. Perfect to pair with spicy dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.
