Baking tray or mold for tortilla
Preparation
- Mix the mustard mayonnaise with Tabasco to taste and put it in a small piping bag.
- Shape the tortilla into a pointed cone by twisting it slightly (see recipe video).
- Place the tortillas in a baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes at 160°C so they hold their shape and become lightly crispy.
- Fry the calamari for about 2 minutes at 180°C.
- Fill the tortilla with the calamari.
- Top the calamari with the mayonnaise and, if desired, cress.
