Soup of Tomato & Melon

Ingredients

3Sushi vinegar
2Garlic cloves
400gTomatoes
180gHoneydew melon
6Tabasco
3Fennel seed
Smoked salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Freeze for about 1 hour before serving.
  3. Blend again before service so it is well mixed and ice cold.
  4. Top with some cress.
