Tabasco
200gBeer batter mix
3Guacamole
Kewpie
Red onion (chopped)
Vegetable/fruit slicer (spiralizer)

Preparation

  1. Peel the potato and turn it into spaghetti using the spiralizer.
  2. Place in cold water in the refrigerator.
  3. Make a batter from the beer batter, water, Tabasco, and ras el hanout to taste.
  4. Mix the Kewpie, guacamole, Tabasco, and salt to taste.
  5. Coat the potato spaghetti in the batter and fry for about 3 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Sprinkle with some extra ras el hanout for added flavor.

  1. Serve the spaghetti in a bowl with a separate bowl of the avocado-sriracha mayonnaise.
  2. Top with chopped red onion.
