Preparation
- Grill the avocado in its skin for about 6 minutes on the barbecue at 200°C.
- Halve the avocado and briefly grill the "fruit" side for about 2 minutes.
- Blend the mini burratas with the cooking cream, tabasco, and salt to taste.
- Spread some of the spiced burrata over the sugarloaf lettuce.
- Place the avocado on the lettuce.
- Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
