Parma ham chips

Chips made from brick pastry and Parma ham.

Ingredients

Egg white
1Pack Parma ham
Herbs
Brick pastry

Preparation

  1. Brush the brick dough with egg white.
  2. Place two slices of Parma ham on top.
  3. Sprinkle with, for example, oregano or another herb mix.
  4. Place a second sheet of brick dough on top and brush again with egg white.
  5. Bake the brick dough between 2 baking mats at 180°C for about 9 minutes.
