
Figs in Parma ham
Sweet, salty and soft: this bite has it all. Delicious to serve as a snack, but also perfect as part of a starter.Ingredients
balsamic vinegar
Arugula
Parma ham
Olive oil
Buffalo mozzarella
Fresh figs
Preparation
- Cut the figs into quarters.
- Place the fig on a slice of Parma ham.
- Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place on top of the fig.
- Roll them up and bake in an oven at approx. 180°C for about 6 minutes.
- Serve with olive oil, arugula, and balsamic.
