English breakfast flammkuchen

Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen. Always use a rich crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in taste, but also practical.

The crème fraîche absorbs the moisture from the toppings, allowing the base to become crispy. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
