Preparation
- Brown the chipolata sausages in the pan.
- Meanwhile, spread a thin layer of crème fraîche on the flammkuchen.
- Slice the leek into thin rings and sprinkle them over the flammkuchen.
- Distribute the smoked bacon strips over the flammkuchen.
- Cut the cooked sausages in half lengthwise and distribute.
- Crack the egg in the center.
- Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
- Spoon some white beans in tomato sauce over the flammkuchen and sprinkle with chives.
