Flammkuchen with white asparagus, lamb ham and quail eggs

Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen.Always use a full-fat crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in taste, but also practical. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250°C.

Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Crème fraîche
boiled quail eggs
Leek
cooked lamb ham
Cooked white asparagus
Chives

Preparation

  1. Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
  2. Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle them over the flammkuchen.
  3. Distribute the white asparagus over the flammkuchen.
  4. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
  5. Arrange the slices of lamb ham, halved quail eggs, and chives over the flammkuchen.
