Leek
cooked lamb ham
Cooked white asparagus
Chives
Preparation
- Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
- Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle them over the flammkuchen.
- Distribute the white asparagus over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
- Arrange the slices of lamb ham, halved quail eggs, and chives over the flammkuchen.
