Flammkuchen with baby potatoes, bacon and egg

Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen.

Always use a fatty crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in taste, but also practical. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.

 

Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Mini baby potatoes
Crème fraîche
Leek
lean bacon bits
Red onion
Egg

Preparation

  1. Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
  2. Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle them over the flammkuchen.
  3. Slice the sweet potato as thinly as possible and distribute the slices.
  4. Place the shrimp on the flammkuchen.
  5. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250 ˚C.
  6. Add some wasabi mayonnaise to the flammkuchen and sprinkle the wakame over it.
