Marinated red cabbage

Lightly sweet red cabbage, marinated in a spicy and aromatic dressing, ideal as a colourful side dish or flavourful accent in dishes.

Ingredients

1Red cabbage
50gSugar
75gRice vinegar

Preparation

  1. Slice the red cabbage very thinly with a sharp knife or on a mandoline and place in a preserving jar.
  2. Boil the rice vinegar with the sugar and pour this over the sliced red cabbage.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 night.
